JAKARTA-MPM Rent adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang persewaan mobil dan terafiliasi dengan PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya (Saratoga), perusahaan yang dinahkodai Sandiaga Uno.Saat ini, MPM Rent memiliki 12 ribu armada dengan 3 ribu pengemudi.
Perusahaan juga telah membuka sekolah mengemudi di Ciawi, Jawa Barat, dengan sertifikasi. Koji menjelaskan, keberadaan sekolah mengemudi penting karena di Indonesia masih belum ada lembaga sertifikasi pengemudi.

Job Descriptions :
- Candidates will get extensive exposure to different operating companies & work functions through actual work and project experience
- Having a guidance and support through coaching and mentoring with senior leaders and in-class training to develop leadership and technical proficiencies.
- In depth understanding about business process, data analysis, problem identification tools and research methodology
- Presenting the project result in the end of OJT period
- Maintain good relationship and teamwork with other employees
- Actively involved in company’s event/activity
Qualifications :
- All major are welcome. Graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3,25 (out of 4,00) for Bachelor Degree and minimum GPA of 3,50 (out of 4,00) for Master Degree
- Fresh graduate or experienced (with max. 1 year of work experience)
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities
- Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, teamwork and negotiation skills
- Energetic, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
- Strong analytical skills both qualitative and quantitative
- Socially active in sports, arts, social acts and others.
- Willing to be placed at the MPM Group’s business unit across Indonesia
